Tee Land Limited Group is a reputable company with a long history in property development in Singapore. The company’s history dates back to its parent company; TEE International Limited, which was established in the 1980s. The founding company started by dealing with general electrical contracts before expanding its services to other fields, including estate facilities management, engineering, and property development.

Tee Land Group started as a strategic business unit or branch of TEE International in 2006. The company later entered into property development the same year as a way to leverage its engineering division. In the subsequent year, the group opened its first property development division.
